As an Austrian native, I spent the first 27 years of my life close to the town where I grew up before I moved to Boulder, Colorado. After graduating school in Carinthia, I moved to Styria, studied Physical Therapy and met my wonderful husband. The following 6 years I worked as a Physical therapist in a public institution and my own private practice. During this time I took numerous advanced training courses. One of them was Craniosacral therapy which I fell in love with so deeply that I cannot imagine therapy without it any more.

Eventually life brought me to Boulder, Colorado where I started dive deeper into my passion for Yoga. I completed my 200-hour teacher training, a Yin Yoga training and a Prenatal Yoga training and took my first steps into the journey of teaching. As a passionate runner and someone who loves to hike, bike, and be outdoor as often as possible besides all the other challenges of daily life, I know how important it is to balance a very active and busy lifestyle. My classes focus on the balance between strengthening and stretching/relaxation. Besides focusing on alignment students will find the space to explore their limits and find their own expression of Yoga. Most of all, it´s important to me to connect body, mind, and spirit and to encourage people to transfer their Yoga from the mat into their daily life. Besides the Vinyasa style, Yin Yoga became a huge inspiration to me. Whether I am teaching Yin or enjoy the practice as a student, it’s truly life changing. Sharing all these experiences with so many other inspiring people in the Boulder community leaves me with a feeling of deep gratitude and a bright curiosity for all the things that lie ahead.
