I am offering Yoga Therapy one-on-one private sessions. Using techniques that address the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our being, together we will discover imbalances that are not serving you and create ways to address them.

Together we will come up with a tailored plan outlining tools and techniques to support you on your healing journey and the achievement of your goals.

1.     Schedule a Session

Please click on the link above or go to contacts and send me a message. Tell me a little bit about yourself and your main reason for seeking out Yoga therapy. I will get in contact with you to schedule a session soon afterward.

Sessions are offered in-person or online (Skype).

2.     Fill out an intake form

Once we have scheduled your first session, you will receive an intake form from me via email. Please fill it out and have it sent back to me no later than 3 days before our first session.

3.     Pay for your session

Either through VENMO (please contact me for transaction information) before our session
or in cash on the day of our session.

 

Rates & Information:

$ 100 / Private session

The first session will last approximately 75 minutes, while future sessions are typically one hour in length.
